My Lord,

With reference to my telegram of the 14th September, 1920, I have the honour to report that I have granted to Mr. Adem Gibson, Colonial Veterinary Surgeon,

a pension at the rate of £306. 138. 4d per annum with effect from the 26th December, 1920, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.

I have also granted him prior to his

retirement from the service three months' leave of absence on full pay to commence on the 26th September, 1920.
